Refund & Subscription Cancellation Policy

FlexiSlugs Member Access is offered as a recurring subscription service billed at $10.00 per month (or equivalent discounted annual rate) through our official membership portal on Thangs.

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All payments are processed securely by Thangs.

Our "Cancel Anytime" commitment means exactly that: you are never locked into long-term contracts, cancellation penalties, or hidden exit fees.

When you cancel your Member Access subscription:

• Access Through End of Cycle: You retain full member access, download credits, and commercial license rights through the final day of your currently paid billing period;

• No Further Charges: Your account will not be billed on future renewal dates;

• Downloaded Files Remain Yours: All STL files downloaded while active remain yours for lifetime personal use;

• 30-Day Inventory Sell-Through: You have a 30-day grace period to sell off physical prints already manufactured before cancellation.

Cancelling your subscription takes less than a minute:

1. Log into your account on Thangs (thangs.com);

2. Navigate to your Account Settings → Memberships;

3. Select FlexiSlugs and click "Cancel Subscription";

4. Confirm cancellation. You will receive an immediate confirmation email from Thangs.

Due to the immediate digital delivery and nature of 3D downloadable STL files, recurring membership subscription fees are generally non-refundable once digital files or credits have been accessed for the billing cycle, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require refunds.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods or unused download credits from past cycles.

If you experience technical payment errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions, please notify both Thangs Support and FlexiSlugs support within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date.

Exceptional refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in coordination with Thangs payment compliance.
